Campus Clinicals brings licensed medical professionals (nurses for blood draws and remote clinicians for physical exams) directly to your college campus. We handle all required pre-clinical labs, titers, TB testing, and physical exams in one convenient on-campus visit — scheduled around your classes. No more driving to multiple labs or clinics to complete your requirements.

Our Complete Clinicals Package includes:

• Physical Exam (conducted remotely by a clinician)

• QuantiFERON-TB   Gold test

• All blood draws are performed on campus by our team of nurses.

1. Book  your appointment online (link sent by your school or via our scheduling page).
2. Pay for  your clinical requirements package, an option to pay half at booking, half at the time of service is available.
3. Receive your student portal credentials. Login and complete your required forms.
4. Arrive at the designated campus location on your scheduled date.
5. Quick 15-minute blood draw + vitals in our private stations.
6. Complete your remote physical exam in a private kiosk (or by appointment).
7. Results available in 3–4 business days — downloadable from your secure portal available anytime, anywhere.

Most students complete everything in 15–30 minutes. We coordinate with your school to minimize disruption to your schedule.

 Any nursing, allied health, medical, radiology, sonography, or other healthcare program student who needs pre-clinical compliance requirements. Services are open to all students — even if your school hasn’t officially partnered yet. 

 No insurance is required. We offer transparent, discounted cash pricing. Payment plans and split payments are available. You may submit your paid clinical invoice to your insurance for reimbursement if covered.

 Lab results are typically ready in 3–4 business days. You’ll receive a secure link to access your patient portal where you can download your titers, TB test, and exam documentation. 

 Yes. All blood draws are performed by licensed nurses. Physical exams are conducted by licensed clinicians. We carry full professional liability insurance and comply with all HIPAA/FERPA regulations. 

Walk-ins are welcome during our on-campus dates (space permitting), but appointments are strongly recommended to guarantee your spot and fastest service.

 Yes, we recommend it. We cannot pull vaccines from out of state or internationally, so you’d be advised to pull your records from the state registry of your birth, and upload it for our review. If you have always resided in the same state as your college, we can pull the records for you.
