The acceptance rate for Campus Clinicals varies every year but is typically around 2-3%.

No. There is zero cost to the school or program. Students pay directly. We only need space for 1–4 days, a student roster, and assistance in promotion to your cohort.

It grants us access to campus space, clarifies that we handle all liability/insurance/HIPAA, and protects the school. The agreement is simple, non-exclusive, and can be terminated at any time.

We provide ready-to-send email templates, flyers, social media graphics, and a custom scheduling link. Many programs announce our services in class, as part of program acceptance and include it in their clinical readiness packet. Each helps to dramatically increases participation and student readiness. 

Participation rates are highest (70–90%+) when the school makes the service mandatory (Students may opt-out). We routinely serve 50–200+ students per multi-day campus visit. 

We offer tox screening as an add-on. Confirmatory testing is third-party for accuracy and compliance. We may become a collection site for your current tox or data exchange vendor.

Every student receives a secure, downloadable portal with all results and documentation — available 24/7. 

While we are not permitted to send medical results, we do offer a weekly report that tracks appointment, attendance, and completion of each of the services provided. This dramatically improves the school’s coordination of requirement completion. This takes much of the burden off the program coordinator and improves relationships with your host hospitals and medical centers. Schools may request a contact that is authorized to receive results with written consent from the students in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
